The Old Old Apricot Tree

The Old Old Apricot Tree

It is only a tree.

An old old tree.

But I like to refer to the tree as him.

He surprised me,

Last year, during the summer months,

When I found one single,

Tiny apricot clinging to the dry

And mostly lifeless wood

Of this once certainly majestic tree.

There were times,

When kids after school would try to get

The fruits, in yellow and orange.

Those days are long gone,

And now the tree is surrounded by

Trash bins, right on the corner spot of the alley.

I thanked this tree,

For the best tasting apricot,

That I ever enjoyed,

Because it was grown just like many summers before.

But life was leaving this tree, with its wood so dark

And so old looking.

The spare green leaves surprised me,

And I decided to feed him,

The old old apricot tree.

I feel his life.

He’s hanging on, doesn’t want to leave

Die

Just yet.

Today I searched the tree,

But I could find no apricots no more.

It was a one time miracle,

Possibly the last one in his long and steady life.

Standing for so many decades,

On one and the same spot,

Until someone will make a decision,

And that it is time,

To cut it down, to cut him down,

The old old apricot tree.

But until then,

when I pass by, and see him

Feed him some water,

I hope, that life comes back to his dry wood,

and

that he will be still there,

When I am long gone myself.

Who says that plants, that trees have no feelings?

When I feel so comfortable,

Just standing next to the old old apricot tree,

Looking at his spare green leaves,

The nicest green that you could imagine.

That you have ever seen.

In your entire,

In your restless life.

Running around,

And never ever finding,

What you are really looking for.

Goodbye, And Please Support Tina Meier, A True Hero, A Fighter and A Wonderful Person Who Cares For Others

I admit it, I was absolutely emotional, nervous and in shock at the same time, when I received Tina Meier's reply email.

She also sent me her phone contact and I called her immediately and she gave me what I truly needed. She gave me heart felt advise. She gave me hope and she made me confident again.

Thank you so much, Tina. You are so different than others, and you shine like an angel, because you are--an angel.

'When I talk to kids who are being bullied on the Internet,' Tina told me, 'I tell them not to--under no circumstances whatsoever to engage themselves in these online fights. Never answer them, do not answer, because that is what these people want. They want you to respond.'

And I agreed with Tina, because since all of us, Ernest, Jen, Christie, Heather, Pernilla, Priscilla, myself and all the other who tried to speak in support of the true and real legacy of Norma Jeane, Marilyn Monroe have pretty much said anything that there was to be said, I decided to follow Tina's advise and to take a break.
To simply leave our personal 'critics' who slandered every press release, but copied everything we did, every single piece as if they were obsessed with anything we do--well they are...and we will be blogging only if it is absolutely necessary or important.

Just two months ago, the haters didn't want peace, they wanted to continue to fight, because peace bores them, it seems to us. They had nothing to add to Marilyn Monroe's legacy, her story and her history, all they did were posting hate about all of us. Now they can go back and discuss endlessly Marilyn Monroe's death, ride those ugly claims, support each others lousy books and spread more hate into the brains of the new and innocent Marilyn Monroe fans.

But: the truth will always surface. It is a natural law, an universal, too. The truth will always defend itself.
Always.
The haters, they always followed me everywhere, in order to hurt, to steal our thoughts and ideas, even their own phony petition was my idea, they have never had ideas on their own. Never.
Hate has become an addiction for many. They have lost their ability to love. A long time ago.
They lie and they hate and outcomes their reality.
The reality of people like Lori Drew for example, a 49 year old mother who drove Tina Meier's daughter into suicide.
I bet that Lori Drew at some point told her friends, those two other girls, that 'Megan is such a silly goose, and I can play her like a fiddle,' because that is what Jill Adams said to me, just a year ago. We can imagine that they all in support of the hater mom who literally killed a 13 year old girl.

But if you have not lost your heart completely already, because you are living on your cellphones completely instead of realizing the beauty that life and this real world still has to offer, you must support Tina Meier in her fight for real and true justice.

Lori Drew must be locked up for the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, without the possibility of parole. 20 years added to Megan's life, she still would only have been 33. Lori Drew took Megan's life away. She even went to Megan's funeral, knowing that it was her own fault that Megan had taken her own life. That is the shocking realization any judge and any prosecutor should consider. She was planning all these hateful events, and when the two other girls who helped Lori Drew to sadistically fool Megan, said that it is enough, Lori Drew continued. Until it was too late.

We urge you to support Tina Meier in her brave fight for what is right, the next victim could be your own child, or if you are too sensible, it might be even you--driven into suicide, as Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo, 40, another bored mom like Lori Drew. Hanson-Hidrobo was hoping for that I would kill myself, when she posted this ugliness on a topix site, hiding behind the name of 'Jerry,' yet this woman was caught, because the site showed her location.
This is a hater post against me, posted by a woman who has been stalking, attacking and trying to slander all of us, for 2 1/2 years! There are many Lori Drews out there. Too many--and if this hateful post does not remind you of Lori Drew, you might really need help, yourself:

Shortly after Heidi Hanson-Hidrobo's disgusting comment, Eric M. Woodard, 46, would stalk again, in his known for manner and he would finally disguise himself and try to make fun of his own threats towards me. He did use his own AIDS infected blood in his threats, and while the restraining order wasn't granted against this monster in the first round (since I didn't have a lawyer and he had three), it was finally done in the second, on November, 9, 2007. Eric Woodard has since posted uncountable attacks, sending his hate writings to his colleagues in hate, because his writing style is 'ad nauseum' sad.

She provoked my our peaceful protest with her ugly gesture and she lied and claimed that I had threatened her and her family with physical harm. She is a liar, and she was caught many times, that is another reason for her to hate us.

People have a very strange misconception of Freedom of Speech.

Often people get very upset when they post on blogs their opinions and find them later removed by some blog owner.

Well it may surprise you to know that Freedom of Speech does not apply to ownership of websites, blogs, podcasts, etc. You are using their site under THIER terms of service agreement.(see below on this website) Therefore you are subject to what they deem acceptable and fair.

In addition Freedom of Speech does not mean you have the right to slander, spread falsehoods and information that could be deemed liable in any way. It also has limitations on harassment and on threats.

If you notice you cannot just write a book on any old subject, write a bunch of lies and claim it under Freedom of Speech! If you did you would be sued. THERE ARE LIMITS.

So basically Freedom of Speech is wonderful yes, but you do have constraints with which you have to work under.

I can always tell when someone cries foul under Freedom of Speech that they either very young or very uneducated.

Jill Adams attacked me for over 2 1/2 years, she seeded spread hate pure in Marilyn Monroe forums around the world against me.
She posted this image, which she stole from my website and turned it into her style of humor. She posted this and other absolutely painful, shameful and evil attacks on me specifically just shortly after she would send me a cease and desist letter, threatening with a lawsuit for slander, defamation and that she would sue me for monies, because she suffered from 'emotional distress,' as she claimed.

Jill Adams had people who worked with her, people like Merja Pohjola & Tiina Lindhold, Rosaria Diaz, who first would name me 'honorary member' just in order to then later offically kick me then off their 'fan clubs,' in order to state that I wasn't worthy to be on their club...to use the lowest and cheapest form of slander. Jill Adams was the first person to pick a fight during my very first blog exposure of the biggest exhibition fraud in history which was called:

I'm not sure if this will make you feel any better or not but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. Since Megan's story has went international in November of 2007, my life has been on public display. For the most part I have received wonderful support from great people just like you. But, then there are those nasty people who have nothing else better to do with their lives than blog, call, send e-mails and create websites about me and Megan's story. I have been criticized about my looks, parenting skills of Megan, my divorce, too many media appearances to anything they can think of. I then recently received an e-mail that said "Tribute To Megan" and it was this horrible page that was titled "Rotting Corpses" and explained that I was a vagina and I should be glad Megan was dead because all she did was bring our family down and it went on and on . . . .

Basically, I wanted to share that with you because unfortunately, I have to deal with these jerks daily and I had to finally decide that either I was going to look at the positive and move forward to listen to their lying crap and let them drag me down like Lori Drew did to Megan and I refuse to let that happen to me!!!!!! It is certainly not easy sometimes, but I have to keep in mind what a reporter told me "50% of the public want to see you succeed and 50% want to see you fail" so I have decided to focus on the 50% that want to see me succeed and know that Megan is their to help me along.

You obviously have wonderful friends that are your guardian angels and I hope you can focus on those positives and not these other idiots. Again, please let me know of the details and I will be more than happy to help if I can.
