So what have I done to Mark? Well after tolerating all of the horrible things he has been saying about me on his blogs for over a year I finally put up my story for everyone to read. In October 2007 I filed a report with youtube regarding his account "MarilynMonroeProds". I certainly think I had every right to complain about a channel that featured nothing but 11 videos dedicated to insulting me. (As much as we have the right to inform the public about Melinda Mason's crazy lies, her ugly actions, her crimes and her tries to continue to fool the general public! As simple as that.) This is against youtube's terms of service so they erased the videos and closed the account. (And WHO really cares, except for YOU, Merja Pohjola and Pauline Berry -- did you tell YouTube also that you have 157 + accounts? No? Thought so.) In January 2008 I complained to Blogger about the use of my personal photographs on over 20 of Mark's blogs. (Did you also tell them that you have I don't see why I should allow Mark to use my photos in order to slander and insult me. How on earth any of this can be considered hunting Mark down or attacking him is beyond me. Other than these actions I have done NOTHING to Mark or any of his associates.

LAS VEGAS WOMAN ARRESTED IN CHARITY RAFFLE SCAM
Las Vegas—Attorney General Brain Sandoval just announced the arrest today of one
Marilyn Bettina Monroe. Ms. Monroe turned herself in to investigators from the Attorney
General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection per an agreement with her counsel. Monroe was
arrested on one count of theft by false pretenses, a felony, and three counts of deceptive
trade practices, a misdemeanor.
It is alleged that Ms. Monroe operated a raffle in June of 2002 through her charity,
“Marilyn’s Children’s Charity,” and then failed to deliver a 1950 Packard automobile valued at
$16,000.00 to the winner of the raffle. It is further alleged that Ms. Monroe created a
deception upon the public by advertising on the face of the raffle ticket that the winner of the
raffle had a 1 in 100 chance of winning, that someone would win the 1950 Packard and that
the donations from the raffle ticket would go to underprivileged children and battered women.
The investigation revealed that 1,227 tickets we re actually sold to the general public, the
winner never received the 1950 Packard, and no money went to underprivileged children or
battered women.
Monroe was booked at the Clark County Detention Center and later released on her
own recognizance; she will be required to appear before a judge in Henderson Judicial Court
March 3rd to determine whether the O/R release should continue or if bail is to be set; an
arraignment is expected by mid-March. If convicted, the accused faces a maximum of 6
years and a $10,000.00 fine for the theft count and a maximum of 6 months and a $1,000.00
fine per deceptive trade violation if she is found to have violated the deceptive trade practice
statute.
As with all criminal cases, the charges against the defendant are accusations, and the
defendant is to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. For more

I certainly think I had every right to complain about a channel that featured nothing but 11 videos dedicated to insulting me. (As much as we have the right to inform the public about Melinda Mason's crazy lies, her ugly actions, her crimes and her tries to continue to fool the general public! As simple as that.) This is against youtube's terms of service so they erased the videos and closed the account. (And WHO really cares, except for YOU, Merja Pohjola and Pauline Berry -- did you tell YouTube also that you have 157 + accounts? No? Thought so.) In January 2008 I complained to Blogger about the use of my personal photographs on over 20 of Mark's blogs. (Did you also tell them that you have I don't see why I should allow Mark to use my photos in order to slander and insult me. I wanted to address the accusation that I support FRAUD. This is a lie. (no it is not. LAS VEGAS WOMAN ARRESTED IN CHARITY RAFFLE SCAM
Las Vegas—Attorney General Brain Sandoval just announced the arrest today of one
Marilyn Bettina Monroe. Ms. Monroe turned herself in to investigators from the Attorney
General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection per an agreement with her counsel. Monroe was
arrested on one count of theft by false pretenses, a felony, and three counts of deceptive
trade practices, a misdemeanor.
It is alleged that Ms. Monroe operated a raffle in June of 2002 through her charity,
“Marilyn’s Children’s Charity,” and then failed to deliver a 1950 Packard automobile valued at
$16,000.00 to the winner of the raffle. It is further alleged that Ms. Monroe created a
deception upon the public by advertising on the face of the raffle ticket that the winner of the
raffle had a 1 in 100 chance of winning, that someone would win the 1950 Packard and that
the donations from the raffle ticket would go to underprivileged children and battered women.
The investigation revealed that 1,227 tickets we re actually sold to the general public, the
winner never received the 1950 Packard, and no money went to underprivileged children or
battered women.
Monroe was booked at the Clark County Detention Center and later released on her
own recognizance; she will be required to appear before a judge in Henderson Judicial Court
March 3rd to determine whether the O/R release should continue or if bail is to be set; an
arraignment is expected by mid-March. If convicted, the accused faces a maximum of 6
years and a $10,000.00 fine for the theft count and a maximum of 6 months and a $1,000.00
fine per deceptive trade violation if she is found to have violated the deceptive trade practice
statute.
As with all criminal cases, the charges against the defendant are accusations, and the
defendant is to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. For more

Once again, I contacted the Police and the person who committed this clear case of Identity Theft certainly will be traced down and charged.
But we can be certain that Pauline Berry knows who did that and that she is also supporting such an evil move.
She is pushing this whole surreal and super desperate try to discredit my success against all of them.
